MicroAire Surgical Instruments is proud to offer the industries first and only completely modular small power orthopaedic instrument system. The Series 1000 offers complete flexibility with 13 head modules and the choice of electric or pneumatic power sources. The quick connect motor allows the easy switching of head modules during a procure without disconnecting the hose or cable. Purchase only the modules you need and add additional modules as needed, no need to purchase a motor for each handpiece. The electric motor is powered by the 1025 Universal Electric Console, which allows for preferred speed settings, foot control, and also has the capability to connect two handpieces at one time, as well as the Electric SmartDriver System.

1000E & 1000ET

The MicroAire 1000E & 1000ET Electric Motor Modules offer precision power and speed control and portability using a foot pedal or hand throttle control.

Series 1000 PNEUMATIC

The MicroAire Series 1000 Pneumatic Motor Modules offer an alternative power choice for those who prefer pneumatic power. Motors are available in a choice of air hose connectors that will fit Hall, 3M, Stryker, and Synthes.

1000 HEAD MODULES

The Series 1000 Head Modules offer versatility for all small power applications. Choose from several styles of oscillating and sagittal saws, high and low speed micro drills, Jacobs and AO quick connect drills, and k-wire driver.
